IntelliTools Classroom Suite Network Patch for Missing Overlay Folders - Windows

Warning: This patch is to be used by Network Administrators only.

This patch fixes a problem that occurs with Classroom Suite Network installations (vers. 3.2), from a Windows client machine to a Windows server. The problem is that certain overlay folders (Early Learning Overlays, IntelliQuiz Overlays, Sequencing, Test Preparation and Word Banks) do not get installed to the server.

The symptom is that the overlay does not work, and when the Options>Intellikeys>Attach/Edit Overlays window is opened, the Overlay Location is "(not found) Hard Drive:...".

Instructions:

Move the downloaded file (ICS32overlays.exe) to the Classroom Suite Server\Classroom Suite\Overlays folder on your server.
Double-click ICS32overlays.exe to extract the overlays to the Overlays folder.

IntelliTools Classroom Suite Network Client Patch for Boardmaker® v. 6 Windows

Warning: This patch is to be used by Network Administrators only.

This patch fixes a Boardmaker® v. 6 issue with IntelliTools Classroom Suite Network Client.

Download and install this patch if you have Boardmaker® v. 6 installed on your Network client. The patch can be pushed out to network clients and then run on the client machine, using remote access.

NOTE 1: You must have version 3.2 of IntelliTools Classroom Suite Network installed before installing this patch. If you need to update IntelliTools Classroom Suite Network, please call IntelliTools Technical Support (800-899-6687 x5502) or email tech@intellitools.com .

NOTE 2: For Vista users, this patch will also fix the text-to-speech function in IntelliTools Classroom Suite version 3.2
