If you have questions for customer service, please utilize our new
customer support portal.
We provide Customer Service for customers and prospective customers alike. We are available to assist with the following:
- License Key replacement
- Product registration and/or activation
- Status of an order
- Missing or damaged product
Status of an Order:
We're happy to look into the status of an order you have placed with us. Please
email customer service
and they will e-mail you with the status of your order.
Please note: If you provide a valid email address to your representative at the time of the sales order, you will automatically receive an order acknowledgement and a shipment notification
upon shipment of your order.
Missing or Damaged Product:
If you've received an order that you believe to be incomplete or if part of all of your order is damaged in some way, please
email customer service and a representative will be in touch with you to assist with product replacement.
