If this option is selected, the Word Prediction toolbar is scanned before other toolbars in the document (when scanning is active).
This option is useful for an IntelliKeys user, a switch user, or a scanner, as it reduces the amount of time spent waiting for the Word Prediction toolbar to be scanned.
