Attention IntelliTools Classroom Suite Users!
IntelliTools Classroom Suite (ICS) Patch version 3.2.0 is a free download.

Bugs Fixed:

• Fixed IntelliTools Classroom Suite crashes when QuickTime 7.0.4 is installed newly recorded sounds were not saved in the document (Mac).
• Fixed text printing outside of a text box (Mac).
• Fixed IntelliTalk 3 documents with only text not printing on some printers in OS 9 (Mac).
• Fixed Classroom Suite crashing when in Design mode Clear is selected several times for objects on a page with IntelliMation (Mac).
• Fixed Classroom Suite crashing when a sound is still playing and the user selects to Quit Classroom Suite (Mac).
• Fixed buttons when added from the User Library or added from an open document lost recorded sounds when the button properties were opened and OK'd (Win).
• Fixed files disappearing from the New\Templates folders when older IntelliPics Studio, IntelliTalk II, or IntelliMathics was installed after Classroom Suite was installed (Win).
• Fixed set scan order bugs, document settings Scanning Overrides bugs, scanning preference "resumes scanning at..." bug, extra scan of big Page area when no toolbars are showing.
• Fixed IntelliMation unexpected behaviors when making changes in existing timepoints, e.g. objects were moving back to a previous position or objects didn't stay stationary up to the timepoint when it was moved.
• Fixed echoing sounds in Explore mode when button has the extra action Play Sound (Do Not Wait).
• Fixed printed reports will now extend up to the right page margin.
• Fixed Next Answer Field action and Tab didn't work in IntelliTalk 3 Page View after the last screen break.
• Fixed Customized Caption was not playing as the first action in Explore mode.
• Fixed captured Answers with carriage returns were not saved.
• Fixed buttons from Picture Library when copied or put into the User Library lost their pictures.
• Fixed Classroom Suite crashing when a Teacher user adds a picture for a newly created user.
• Fixed overlay not found message was absent when the overlay couldn't be found, i.e. the attached overlay was not listed.
• Fixed picture changes to an IntelliMation were not saved when the original IntelliMation was created with an older version of IntelliPics Studio.
• Fixed in Design mode pictures inserted on the page didn't play their sound nor frame animation.
• Fixed pictures inserted at the first position of textboxes didn't keep their size setting when an IntelliMation played.
• Fixed button sounds missing when buttons are copy/pasted (not from the standard Picture Library).

Other:

• IntelliTools Classroom Suite Network version 3.2.0 includes the changes listed for version 3.1.0 below.
• Changing ICS Network Server system requirements.
  • no longer supporting Mac OS 10.1 Server and Novell 5 Server and Windows NT Server.
• Changing ICS Network client and ICS standalone system requirements.
  • no longer supporting Mac OS 8.6, 9.0, 9.1 and Windows 98 (Windows 98SE is still supported).
• Registration dialog requests user information to open IntelliTools Classroom Suite for the first time.
• When a movie is inserted, the user will be asked if they want a copy of the movie to be placed in the Classroom Suite Media folder.
• Standard Toolbars' documents can be opened and edited. Save changes to your My Work folder or the Activities folder.
• QuickTime Player version 7.0.4 is installed on Windows computers. Updaters do not update QuickTime Player.
