INTELLITOOLS LAUNCHES INTELLIPICS STUDIO, AN EXCITING NEW MULTLIMEDIA AUTHORING TOOL
Petaluma, California, November 20, 2001 À IntelliToolsÂ, Inc. (www.intellitools.com), for over 20 years the pioneer in learning solutions for the diverse classroom, announces the release of IntelliPics Studio, a new multimedia authoring tool that even students can use.
IntelliPics Studio is designed for teachers and students to create multimedia slide shows, reports, presentations, games and curriculum-based activities. Younger students can use it to color, paint, and draw. Older students can use it to create powerful and sophisticated reports showing digital photos, graphics, and links to the Internet. Teachers can use it to create engaging interactive activities with animation, movies, games, quizzes, and add their own pictures and sound.
IntelliPics Studio has a complete set of drawing and painting tools and includes a collection of over 1,500 photos, clip art, stamps, stickers, and graphics. Users can design a series of screens to tell a story or present information in an interactive way, as in PowerPoint or HyperStudio. And users can add backgrounds; move, color, or animate objects; add sound clips; or record sounds. Buttons launch videos or link to the Internet.
