INTELLITOOLS WELCOMES JAN BOYKINS
TO EXPANDED, REORGANIZED SALES TEAM

Petaluma, California, July 27, 2004 - IntelliTools®, Inc. (www.intellitools.com) for 25 years the pioneer in learning solutions for preK-8 classrooms, is pleased to announce that Jan Boykins has joined the company as Regional Sales Director, Northeast Region, effective July 12. Jan comes to IntelliTools following experience with LeapFrog SchoolHouse, ProQuest/bigchalk.com, Lightspan, and Simon & Schuster/EMG Networks. She also holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from Morgan State University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Marymount University. Jan will be responsible for sales in Connecticut, Delaware, Washington, D.C., Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia.

Expanded, Reorganized Sales Team
The addition of Jan to the IntelliTools sales team rounds out a recent expansion and reorganization of the sales staff, under Dayton Johnson, Vice President of Sales. The full sales team includes:

• John Hanzalik, Regional Sales Director, Central Region, who will partner with Greg Sfarzo, Educational Account Representative, in 12 central states.
• Jennifer Ray, Regional Sales Manager, Southeast Region, who partners with Jonathan Hooper Educational Account Representative, in 12 states. Jennifer was formerly responsible for the Northcentral Region.
• Alan Hooper, Regional Sales Director, Western Region, who will partner with Tami Ruiz, Educational Account Representative, in 14 western states plus Texas.
• Jan Boykins, Regional Sales Director, Northeast Region, who will partner with Anne Robinson, Educational Account Representative, for 13 states in the Northeast.
